Hello everyone who may read this, let me introduce myself... My name is Monique, I am a recently married outgoing 25 year old and I absolutely love 3 things - swimming - cycling - running, I love them most when they are all together, but I love them all equally on their own too :)
So this is what my blog is about, Triathlon :)
as I write this I feel I should mention that I am not champion, I have never won any event I simply Tri for the love of it, for the friendships and for the fun!!
